Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) Compliance documents 

Much work was done in 2024 assessing our then current documentation to determine what we needed to do to be compliant with the new Ontario government legislation/regulations. Led by a small team of directors, the documentation was completed and submitted to the Ontario government in late 2024. 

All corporate members had an opportunity to comment and vote on the documents. The membership approved, and submitted, versions are included below.
