Annual General Meeting

Corporate Annual General Meeting 

St John’s Cemetery on the Humber is a non-profit corporation registered in Ontario. 

It’s run by a board of directors who are all volunteers from the family. Corporate members are all family members who have paid membership dues. This level of membership gives them voting rights on corporate motions raised at the Annual General Meeting or at Special Members Meetings. 

The Annual General Meeting is held at the cemetery on the first Tuesday following the Summer Solstice. All corporate members are welcome to attend and vote on motions. Family members are also very welcome. 

Typically an Annual General Meeting includes a BBQ and some social time. Please join us using whatever means of transport you have.
